Ok ladies how do you get out the dead critter inside your washed up sea urchin you found on your most recent trek to the beach? Well a lovely customer shared a tip this past week with me that I thought was brilliant!
After she brought home a bunch of dead sea urchins and put them in her living room, the place started to smell like death. So she realised the dead animal inside was rotting… so like all Aussie Australian women she rang up an Aboriginal friend to get some native advice! Great idea.
This is what the aboriginees do…according to this lady….according to her friend. Put your dead sea urchin on top of a bed of ants. They will eat out the critter and you have your shell! Happy days for everyone except the guy who died.
